Sick pay has risen up the reward agenda and we are undertaking a study investigating the extent and nature of sick pay provisions. We would therefore be very grateful if you would answer this brief set of questions relating to your sick pay provision, which should take no longer than ten minutes to complete.
We will share the summary findings with participants which will enable you to benchmark your sick pay provision against typical practice elsewhere in the economy.
