Annual growth in average weekly earnings continues to strengthen, led by pay growth in the finance and business services sector. Growth in average total pay across all sectors of the economy in the year to November rose by 3.6% and growth in regular pay (excluding bonuses) also rose by 3.6%. The equivalent figures for October were 2.7% and 2.8%.
