It also provides an overview of shared parental leave and pay and support for working parents and carers.
As well as analysis of occupational maternity and paternity pay, the report also looks at the extent to which employers enhance shared parental pay provision and offer paid leave for parents and other types of carers. It describes how ‘keeping in touch’ days work in practice and provides an overview of the fertility support on offer at participating organisations.
