Issue 32

Pay climate is a paid information service providing you with up-to-date analysis of pay awards and other reward measures across the economy. This regular bulletin keeps you and your team at the forefront of pay expertise and trends.

Non-standard pay initiatives have become much more common over the past while, and this issue includes detailed coverage of the sorts of innovative approaches employers have been adopting to deal with tighter labour markets and higher inflation. The article includes expert comment from employment law specialist Darren Newman, who many of you will know from our annual pay planning conferences.

Finally, we also include a think-piece on the changes to gender pay reporting that a new government might entertain.
