The median starting salary for graduates has risen for the first time since 2021, from £28,000 to £29,000 (or 3.6%), according to our latest analysis of pay for these roles. By contrast, the median starting salary for degree apprentices has dipped slightly since last year by £500 to £20,000, a 2.5% reduction.
